Equestrian Education at QMS in Canada

We are proud to offer Canada’s only on-campus equestrian program at the Shirley Burr Equestrian Centre, continuing our long-standing legacy of excellence in equestrian coaching. For years, we have been at the forefront of equestrian education, providing students with the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced and respected coaches in the country.

QMS horse riding participants will learn essential skills and build a strong foundation in horse care, communication, and safety—preparing them for future riding opportunities, such as the Learn to Ride Program.

• Rookie Riders (Grades 2–6): Mondays, 4:00PM–5:00PM
• Intro to Riding (Grades 7–12): Mondays, 5:00PM–6:00PM
• Both programs will run for 15 sessions from November 17 to March 13.

Please note: This introductory program begins with groundwork and horsemanship skills before progressing to riding.
