The StudyGroup is an organisation aiming to get young people across the world the best out of their time abroad. Whether it is for a full-fledged study, or merely a working holiday experience with some English classes, the StudyGroup can help.
However, we do feel that your time abroad should not only be pleasant and adventurous. You should take something back in the form of knowledge, cultural experiences, or real practical or theoretical wisdom.
That is why all offers of the Studygroupinternational always contains an educational edge. We do not offer beach holidays, or backpacking adventures on its own. There is always an educational course in the local language or culture attached to it, however short.

Language Courses
For a quote, please let us know your preferred country, the language you are interested in, and how many weeks you would like to study that language. We would also like to know if there are other interests you want to pursue while abroad. Not sure? Ask for suggestions, cultural, adventurous, laid back or intellectual, we can surprise you.
Summer Camp or other Summer Activities
If you’ve been to camp, you’re not surprised to hear about the benefits of summer camp. Experiencing life at camp yourself as a child, you know the profound positive effects that still matter to you as an adult.
As a camp youngsters you grow more independent – Camp is the perfect place to practice making decisions for yourselve without parents and teachers guiding every move. Managing your daily choices in the safe, caring environment of a camp or other summer activitiy, you will experience as a freedom to blossom in new directions. Camp helps young humans develop into who they are.
High Schools
High school programmes are possible for 7 weeks (summer), 3, 6 or 12 months (Gap Year), or for a full graduation period. For suggestions, please let us know your preferred country and if know the area, preferred school (if already know), and how long you would like to study there.
Some countries have girls only, or boys only schools next to co-ed schools, with host family or boarding schools. When asking for suggestions, please state your preference.
Universities and Colleges
Post-secondary education in the English speaking world is known as college or university and commonly consists of three to four years of study at an institution of higher learning.
Most international students live in accommodation provided by the institute, with main accommodation types being halls of residence, student houses and student flats. These can be catered or self-catered, with home stays (staying with a family) being fairly uncommon in higher education.
You can also choose from a range of private accommodation, either living by yourself or sharing with a group of friends. Try to secure your student accommodation before you arrive in your study destination.
