We have many courses available for General English suitable for students age 14 and above. We do weekly intake on every Monday.
Students will have the opportunity to develop English language skills at each level they enrol in, with a focus on the systems of English (grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation) and on the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Emphasis will be on listening and speaking skills at each level.

The NTA English Academy stands out from other English schools in being able to offer a variety of courses combining English study with training in land-based skills. Students receive focussed language instruction at our new city campus part of the week and enjoy practical training in their chosen field at our parent school, The National Trade Academy. Clearly, in these courses you enjoy the best of both worlds!
Note: Our ‘English Plus’ students receive a guaranteed number of hours of both English study and practical training, but the course schedules are necessarily flexible because the practical training component often depends on weather, equipment availability and the need to fit in with the schedules of other tutors (or of our hosts in the case of off-site visits).
