After a morning in the classroom students of all ages join their teachers for the seriously fun & unforgettable Afternoon Leisure Programme at our English Language School, in the beautiful Atlantic-side town in South West Cork, Ireland. You won't believe what they see underwater!
At our school, our motto for successful language acquisition is: "If you don't want to lose it, use it!" So we give our students plenty of opportunities to do so. Vocabulary building and conversation lessons are linked to leisure programmes, so our students can enjoy and appreciate Ireland's cultural, historical and natural heritage while putting their language lessons to use.
We specialise in small group English language tuition & we adapt our teaching methods to your unique learning style. Small group sizes of average 3 (low season), 5 (high season), mean that you can choose themes that you like to improve your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
Adult courses
We are extremely popular with adult students of English who like to live and learn in a relaxing and beautiful environment where 'the living is easy' and the learning is fun, but highly effective. All our teachers are qualified to a very high standard and can tailor make your classes to fit with your own needs. Whether you require General, Business or specialised English we can provide a programme to meet your personal needs, level and budget.
Junior courses
Our juniors & teenage students (9-12, 13-17) of English love to live and learn in a relaxing and beautiful environment where 'the living is safe and easy.' Nowhere is far away and no time is wasted. They make friends for life in their host family and all over the globe. We average 25 nationalities join our Junior/Teen programme & our policy is that they all speak English together. Practice makes perfect.
Mini-Stay Programme (Junior)
The Mini-Stay option is ideal for a group who want to enjoy all the quality and content of our renowned summer programmes, only sooner, or indeed later. Stay one week, stay two. We tailor-make the programme to suit the group's needs and duration. It's non-stop from start to finish and our 'mini'-stay offers 'maximum'-immersion in English language, Irish lifestyle, exciting leisure and beautiful location.
Leisure Programme
A range of leisure options to suit every personality and age group is available to you through our programme. Whether you are attending our Adult school, Junior or Kiddies (all separate but nearby) we have something for everyone.
Perhaps you may enjoy outdoor activities, such as sailing or kayaking. Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boarding. You may just want to explore Irish culture, or you might have an interest in some of the creative arts programmes we have here. More than anything, it is the variety of choice we have for our students that sets us apart from other language school and leisure activity centres.
